1 Buyer Terms

1.1 Digital Content & Licensing

All materials are digital products. By purchasing, you receive a license to use the material for personal or institutional study only.

1.2 Secure Downloads & Expiry

  • Download links are valid for thirty (30) days from the time of purchase.
  • Unauthorized sharing of download links is strictly prohibited.

1.3 Technical Refund Policy

  • • Refunds are strictly limited and typically only granted if the file is proven to be corrupted, technically defective, or unavailable.
  • • Reporting Window: Issues must be reported within forty-eight (48) hours of purchase.

2 Vendor Terms

2.1 Content Warranty & Legal Liability

✅ The Upload Warranty: By clicking "Upload" or "Submit," the vendor warrants they own all necessary rights and permissions.

Sole Responsibility: The uploader is solely responsible for legal consequences arising from copyright infringement. EduShop disclaims all liability and cooperates with copyright holders in disputes.

2.2 Payouts & 5-Day Escrow

  • Holding Period: Earnings have a 5-day holding period to process potential technical disputes.
  • Withdrawal requests are processed on the 27th day of every month.
Debt Recovery: If a refund occurs after withdrawal, the account will reflect a negative balance. Future earnings will clear this debt automatically.

3. General Conditions

EduShop reserves the right to modify these terms to reflect legal or service changes. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
