How do I purchase a product?
Browse our marketplace, add items to your cart, and complete checkout securely using M-Pesa STK push.
When can I download my files?
Instantly. Once your M-Pesa payment is confirmed, the download links are activated on your dashboard.
How long do downloads last?
Purchased files remain available for 30 days. We recommend saving them to your device immediately.
Can I get a refund?
Due to the digital nature of the products, all sales are final unless a file is technically defective or corrupted.
For Vendors
How do I become a vendor?
Log in to your account and select "Apply to be a Vendor" from your user dashboard to start selling.
Product approval time?
Our quality team reviews every upload. Approval typically takes between 15 and 30 minutes during office hours.
How do I get paid?
Earnings accumulate in your vendor wallet and can be withdrawn via M-Pesa on our monthly payout dates.
Are my files protected?
Yes. We use secure, time-limited download tokens to prevent unauthorized sharing of your intellectual property.

Is my payment secure?
